📦 Packaging for Freshness

To ensure your frozen items arrive in optimal condition, we pack them in insulated/thermal mailer envelopes 🧊 designed to preserve coldness for longer durations. Each thermal mailer envelope costs 35 SEK and will be automatically included in your cart when you order frozen products.

🚫 Frozen Products We Cannot Ship

While we’re happy to ship most frozen products, we cannot ship ice cream or any products that melt easily and require constant freezing temperatures. 🧁🍦 These items are best purchased in-store.

  • Due to the different sizes of frozen products and the quantity ordered, additional mailer envelopes may be required.
