Price
All prices are listed in Swedish Krona, inclusive of VAT. Merkado PH reserves the right to correct any pricing errors.

Payment
We offer secure and swift payment options through Klarna’s integrated system—Swish, card, and invoice.

Delivery
Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours on weekdays. Delivery usually takes 1-3 days*, contingent on order time and distance to the delivery address. In rare cases, certain locations might experience a two-day delivery period.

Delivery Delays
Should there be any deviation in delivery times, we'll inform you via email or phone. You have the right to cancel due to delays, and we'll strive to fulfill your order. We hold no liability for compensation regarding carrier-caused delays. Our deliveries are limited to Sweden.

Undelivered Packages
Packages returned due to incorrect address or contact details incur a 200 SEK fee (including VAT) for transport and administration. If you haven't heard from the carrier after five workdays, contact us to track the shipment.

Guaranteed Quality Dates
We assure good expiration or best before dates. Dissatisfied with a product's best before date? If its shelf life is under one month, return it free of charge. Contact tindera@merkadoph.se for assistance.

Complaints
If your purchased product doesn't meet expectations or arrives damaged or opened, contact tindera@merkadoph.se or call 070 432 60 21 for prompt handling.

Right of Withdrawal for Food
Unfortunately, food orders aren't eligible for withdrawal. Refer to the Distance and Home Sales Act for details on exceptions.

Other Withdrawal Rights
Withdrawal applies only to non-food items, granting a 14-day window after receipt. The product must be in original condition with accessories.

Typographical Errors
We can't guarantee image accuracy or rule out typographical errors on our website. Merkado PH reserves the right to correct pricing errors.

Stock Errors
We aim for 100% accuracy in stock levels. If there are discrepancies, we'll contact you for a resolution.
